Miinta
Overview
Miinta offers specialised psychological support for children, teenagers and families, without waiting lists or judgement. Online sessions, a chat with psychologists, in-person centres and an app work together so that help is there when it’s needed, and keeps going in between.
I joined in October 2025 and picked up a project that was already under way. I built the website and created the design of the Miinta app.
Picking up a project in motion
Miinta was already running when I arrived, so the first job was to understand what existed and keep it moving instead of starting over. The product speaks to three audiences at once: children, teenagers and young people, and families, each arriving with a different worry and a different vocabulary.
The website
I built the website: the front door for families looking for help. It brings the whole service under one roof: one to one sessions online or in person, a chat to talk any day without an appointment, programmes and assessments for the whole family, and the app.
It also explains how Miinta works with insurers, confirming the benefits before the first session so cost is never a surprise.
The app
I created the design of the Miinta app, where support continues between sessions: chatting with your psychologist, following your sessions and seeing your progress over time.
Growth
Since I joined, Miinta has opened two new centres and now has more than 9,000 active users. Miinta also reports that +80% feel an emotional improvement within three months, +70% are getting support for the first time and +91% would recommend their psychologist.
